How to order
Salon owners please note:
If you want to send more than 5 scissors from your salon for servicing, we will arrange, and pay, for a courier service to collect and deliver your scissors back to you.
By Appointment.
Should you wish to bring the scissors to our premises in Bryanston, we can, by prior arrangement service and sharpen them while you wait.
The cost of our service is R400.00 per scissor.
5 pairs or less you can use the postal service, registered or by speed post, to :-

Please send an email to info@radicaledge.co.za advising that you have sent them together with the tracking number.
Return postage will be for your account and will be added to your invoice.
We will email you an invoice and once proof of payment is received your scissors will be dispatched back to you.
If for any reason you are not happy with your serviced scissors,our 30 day guarantee covers the costs of returning the scissors to us and their return to you.
We do not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred or lack of delivery by the postal service.
Alternatively if you are able to deliver the scissors to our workshop we will give you a 15% discount on 6 or more scissors.
All scissors are returned individually wrapped in padded envelopes. Keep the envelope for future scissor service requirements .
How to package your scissors when sending them for service.
Wrap the scissor a paper towel or bubble wrap and secure with tape or an elastic band to prevent opening in transit.
Complete and print the order form and put it in the envelope with the scissors.
